Ness has been doing small jobs for me for years - fixing switches, moving sockets, etc. He also did a complete re-lighting of my lounge when I bought my new flat! He's my friend, so I'm a bit biased maybe, but I think he's great, honest, does good work, and I'll happily refer him to friends and neighbours.
